4. Purchases, Digital Goods & Refund Policy

4.1 Digital Goods Definition

Premium features, roles, scripts, integrations, tools, and downloadable or unlockable items are considered digital goods.

4.2 Payment Finality

All payments are final. Refunds are only given at our sole discretion, not by user request.

4.3 Revoked Access

If you are banned or lose access due to rule violations, you will not receive a refund under any circumstances.

4.4 Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback will result in:
